User Experience Designers play a critical role at HUGE. The User Experience Designer’s mission is to deliver both power and pleasure to end users. This involves participating in key stages of research, product definition, and design.
The HUGE process (http://www.hugeinc.com/process/) starts with development of the product’s conceptual model--understanding exactly who the users are and describing and ranking their goals and behaviors. Every project at HUGE includes substantial time for research and experimentation, phases that are conducted mainly by User Experience Designers.
