This role will be responsible for leading and designing projects, communicating with clients/internal teams, attending creative brainstorming sessions and, most importantly, promoting a culture of fun and excellence.

• Photoshop is second nature to you, and you are confident discussing and shaping your designs in collaboration with Art Directors in order to meet client requirements as outlined in creative briefs.
• Work with Art Directors, HTML team, marketing staff and other designers to establish and carry out design goals for each project.
• Possess articulate presentation skills and an extreme attention to detail.
• Demonstrate a passion for quality and commitment to client satisfaction.
• Formulate and present a variety of design concepts to Art Directors.

• We work with brands like Apple, RIM/Blackberry, HP, Cisco, Quiksilver, ESPN Zone, Tesla Motors, and many more.
• We eat, sleep, and breath all things digital, media, and interactive.
• The only internal politics you’ll find is Mac vs. PC, Star Wars vs. Star Trek vs. Battlestar Galactica, Heroes or Lost…
• We are a verifiable EGO FREE environment…unless you mean those round little waffle things.� Mmmmm…waffles.
