Apt is a leading, integrated interactive agency delivering high impact solutions to a broad client base. We are currently 34 people in our Oslo office and 8 in our offices in Copenhagen. You are a highly motivated senior graphic designer/AD with at least 3 years work experience, preferably with a Bachelor degree in the field.

Qualifications
We are currently looking for 2 candidates with significant hands-on experience. Most projects will require a high level of independence and self motivation.

You must be able to handle tight deadlines, while still delivering professional and quality work. Strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate within the team are equally important. The applicant must be comfortable with managing and mentoring external design vendors, photographers, copywriters and illustrators.You are passionate about design and you have an outstanding portfolio of varied and relevant work.

The tasksThe senior designer will be in charge of creative development on very diverse projects. This includes all phases of the design process, from concept development to ensuring successful implementation through final production.

Heavy branding experience and a basic understanding of marketing objectives is a must. You should be able to conceptualize and develop work that complements and enhances the overall creative strategy.
