We're looking for the person who is capable of doing both traditional / conventional as well as progressive / unconventional interactive design with polish, sophistication and professionalism. We're taking our business to the next level and we need the right designer to be a part of that process.

Qualified candidates must have:

• 2-3 years of experience in interactive design
• proven UI design skills in a breadth of styles
• proven concept development
• strong Photoshop skills
• the ability to effectively articulate concepts and choices
• the ability to independently problem-solve
• a strong self-managing work ethic
• the ability to collaborate easily with others

The following qualities are a big plus:

• strong skills in Flash / video / motion graphics
• a solid understanding of IA requirements
• illustration skills
• identity design skills
• print design experience
