Tribal DDB is looking for a top flight senior designer to add to our expert team in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.

The person we are looking for will be responsible for leading the visual design of websites and global digital campaigns for our major international brands. They will bring to life big interactive ideas through executions that include animation, video and audio. They'll also be full of ideas and online knowledge themselves, and be eager to contribute to brainstorms and concept development. They'll be an accomplished designer who has perhaps served in a senior role in an award-winning agency already.

The ideal candidate will be highly creative yet impeccably organised. They will be prepared and able to guide junior and mid-level designers in project work. They will also be passionate about the aesthetic quality of that work, constantly seeking to achieve higher standards for themselves, their teams and our clients. It goes without saying that they work well with others, have a bit of a sense of humour and a positive, can-do attitude.

Clients will include major international brands such as Philips, KLM, Unilever and Audi and the candidate will potentially be expected to work across multiple projects simultaneously.

Requirements

• At least five years interactive experience, two of which should have been in an agency environment. Portfolio required.

• Degree or equivalent qualification from an accredited design or art school.

• Experience guiding junior designers.

• Presentation or client workshop experience.

• Expert level Photoshop.

• Strong experience with Flash or designing for Flash-based sites.

• Experience with Illustrator, InDesign, and/or AfterEffects or Final Cut Pro. 3D, video or audio experience a big plus.

• Experience working with user experience (IA) deliverables.

• Ability to think around unique brand / campaign requirements.

• A broad interest in and passion for good interactive media design, and perhaps a background in print, video, photography or typography.

• Right to work in the European Union and willingness to travel if required.
