We are looking for a graphic designer who will be in charge of creative development on very diverse projects. This includes all phases of the design process, from concept development to ensuring successful implementation through final production. We are looking for candidates with significant hands-on experience. Most projects will require a high level of independence and self motivation.

Candidates should provide strong creative, conceptual and technical skills while maintaining high standards, and the ability to respond to continual change and challenges within our fast-paced environment. You must be able to handle tight deadlines, while still delivering professional and quality work.

Qualification

* Bachelor's degree, BFA or equivalent with a concentration in visual communication, digital arts or design

* Exceptional visual design skills

* 3-5 years experience

* An impressive portfolio of web and branding projects

* A strong sense of visual style with exceptional design, color and typographic skills

* Expert knowledge of Photoshop, Image ready, Illustrator, and Indesign

* Exposure to programming standards such as PHP, HTML/XHTML, AJAXand Javascript a plus.

* Ability to develop pages in CSS a plus.

* Strategic, big-picture thinking and attention to detail

* Ability to show strong initiative and manage multiple projects simultaneously and efficiently

* Solid work ethic and team player attitude
