Behance LLC is seeking a Designer. Web design experience is not necessary but an obsession with design, typography and the movie Helvetica is a must. We're looking for someone with a strong design background that wants to channel it to the web.

We're looking for someone with strong typographic skills, can work in a collaborative environment and embrace multidisciplinary design challenges. Someone that has a strong work ethic, organized enough to meet strict deadlines, and detail oriented. And someone that is relentlessly focused on making their ideas happen...

Requirements:

- Understanding of the hierarchy of layouts and grids.

- Conceive and defend innovative interface design solutions

- Ability to take interactive design projects from wireframe to production

- Promote pro-customer usability standards through your work

- Ability to work autonomously and deliver on time.

- Solid understanding of intuitive site functionality, user interfaces and motion graphics is a big plus.

- An understanding of how social networking and online communities are changing the landscape of digital marketing and online advertising is a plus.

  • Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop and Indesign
  • Flash experience a plus
  • Portfolio of current / recent work examples
  • Strong communications and team interaction skills
