I graduated in 2012 with a Bdes (Hons) Fashion and Textile design from The University of Ulster, York Street, Belfast.
My graduate show collection consisted of a range of screen-printed curtain lengths and cushions, designed to cater specifically for the interior market .
The theme for my graduate display, entitled "What lies beneath", was inspired by the anatomical study of the human body.
I chose this theme with the sole purpose of taking what many may regard as sordid or grotesque and making my designs aesthetically appealing to the eye of the beholder.
My work consists of a combination of mixed media, mark-making, computer-aided design and screen print and is largely graphic but minimalist. Read Less
