HELLO, my name is JESSICA HUNGGAR
and I am a Graphic Designer based in Vancouver, Canada
In 2005 I moved to Vancouver and went to The Art Institute of Vancouver. After spending two years, I graduated with a diploma of Graphic Design. I have had experience working in many design environments ranging from small business to large agencies as well as freelance work.
Design and travel are my passion. As a designer, I believe in the power of concept driven work. Anything designed shouldn’t just look pretty or cool but it should evoke meaningful, thought-provoking messages. Having strong concepts as the foundation will lead to successful and meaningful accomplishment.
Recently, I had the opportunity to do solo travel around Asia that shaped my perspective of the world. For me, travel is about adventure and having more meaningful relationships with people that I met along my journey. I stayed with Russian lady for first time through couch surfing, taught English as a volunteer in Thailand, fell in love with the children at Agape Orphanage, was stung by jellyfish, scuba dive in Raja Ampat, got stuck and had to cross the flooded river, and of course I got into the hot air balloon ride for free in Chiang Mai Read Less
