Jael shares a love for both written and visual imagery. Her love of language as well as her background in fine art have instilled in her a love for writing, typography & books - which she loves to both read and make - as well as illustrative imagery as a form of visual storytelling.
Aside from drinking too much coffee while completing art pieces or writing, she spends her time dabbling in photography, video, hand lettering and a bunch of other hobbies. Her dreams include writing an episode of Doctor Who (or going on a trip with the doctor, whichever one comes first), meeting JK Rowling, and making books.
Jael graduated with an MFA in painting and printmaking in Minnesota, where she now lives with her husband unit and her cat. Read Less
