Design for hundreds of print and online communications for large governmental, institutional and corporate clients including Metrolink, Metropolitan Washington Council of Governments, Metro, Orange County Transportaion Authority, Ventura County Transportation Commission, Norwalk Transit, the cities of Orange, Lancaster and Santa Monica, Innovative Healthcare Management, Time Warner Cable and Kaiser Permanente. Design and management of all client projects, budgeting, and project supervision. Projects include books, annual reports, billboards, websites, e-newsletters, display exhibits, marketing packages, corporate identity systems, newsletters, advertising campaigns, interactive presentations and event promotions.

Responsibilities included designing publications, overseeing a staff of designers, maintaining budgets and production schedule, managing print-vendor contracts and quality control, establishing and maintaining corporate design standards, hiring freelance illustrators and photographers, and consulting with board members to develop corporate presentations and annual reports.
Commuter Transportation Services, Inc.
collaterals to promote the use of carpooling/HOV lanes, vanpooling, commuter rail and bus transit, bicycling, teleworking, flexible work hours, parking cash-out, transportation demand management and pedestrian walkways. Developed five annual California Rideshare Week campaigns with the goal of inducing new registrants for matchlists. Campaigns included creating concepts, themes and all creative for posters, banners, pledge cards, brochures, premium items, catalogs, newspaper ads and public service announcements as well as event promotions and presentations for media luncheons. Products included annual reports, brochures, posters and marketing packages. Crisis communications were developed to promote ridesharing during the Northridge earthquake and the LA riots. Managed freelance designers, illustrators and interfaced with print vendors and managed print quality and production. Worked closely with CEO and Marketing Director to provide support for the entire agency.
