My paintings are mainly inspired by, the art of Pablo Picasso and Andy Warhol, mixing if possible, the styles of each!
More generally, my teachers are painters: Michelangelo Merisi da Caravaggio,Pablo Picasso, Marcel Duchamp, Andy Warhol, Richard Prince;
and the thought of playwright poet Guillaume Apollinaire.
I quote the words of Picasso, for me, of the utmost importance:
"Painting is not an aesthetic system, but a form of magic, which is interposed between the universe and us!"
"Pursue the profound similarity, the more real, more true, the similarity that reaches surreal!"
