I took this series of photos using a Canon Powershot on manual shutter + f-stop settings. My intention was to capture a sense of surrealism using light, color, + movement.
Spot lighting in the dark night club lit up the stunning colors of the silk, while giving me enough bright light to capture the fast aerial moves.
the photos were shot in Mansion nightclub, Chelsea, NYC
