the neutral

the boxed office with its typical floors somehow is forced to take shape when blown by crossing winds. the skin mimics the path of this crossing whilst giving shade to the rigid inside. This depicts the very function of its residents which seem  to have jobs of neutral responsibility, to carry the voice of democracy.
