restoration of a farmhouse

Restoration of a farmhouse in San Felice Circeo, close to the sea. making maximum use of the height, we realize an open space living room, and a two floor band on the side where could locate kitchen and bathrooms, and 3 rooms at the upper floor.  The light well on the side help to illuminate kitchen, room, bathroom and tub. this last one is also visible from the entrance, as an architectural joke.
