This is a special project. A cancer sick patient wanted to do something nice for the hospital, because he got a chance to use one of two laser machines in sweden, to cure it. So this is the gift fom him to them, symbolising the new day that begins after his treatment, and also wishing a merry christmas and a happy new year.
