From: Akimo lee's Portfolio
Wecanly!+lab was found in 2006 as Akimo’s personal Visual Experimental Platform, which is just a showcase for designer interactive communication and learning, but is not “studio” or “workshop”. Now lab’s main work scope includes graphic design, web design and Illustration, but also will extend to motion, animation, photography, product design and other various ways. Then, we hope can meet more clients according to the site of our lab.
“Wecanly!” is not a formal word, it comes from “ we can” and my first name “lee”, it can be spoke as “微肯尼” in Chinese. It represents my core idea of my faith, that is “I can, you can, we can!” Meanwhile, I hope the name also can encourage me for the future work, for it is a very meaningful name. I am very happy to create and own it, just like my baby, I hope it can grow up gradually.
