ZENGOKU

This graffiti piece was done for a new client in Tokyo, Japan to accompany the sale of the exclusive DCTO Chibi Charms I designed from the store. MONONOFU (the client) presented his store products at Toubu, the largest department store in Japan and wanted an urban graphic for display. MONONOFU’s concept is all about the Sengoku era, a time filled with Shogun Lords, heroic samurai, and ninja. Since DCTO is a Zen icon, I used the Z in place of the S to blend the two ideas. This also mark the first official release of the DCTO Chibi Charms. MONONOFU x DACOSTA!
