Xtend Research | Mobile Phone Usage by Urban Youth
The Project focused on understanding which features provided on mobile phones do urban youth use and how. The study used various qualitative research tools to understand the users not merely by statistics but by behaviour. A mobile service was conceptualized using the findings and insights of the research.
