I have decided to do the same pespective of a beach house living room in several different ways and with different media.
the design for the beach house began with a cube malipulation,which i then ended up creating an intresting shaped building which actually had no straight lines what so ever.

Hand Rendered Perspective
This is a heand rendered perspective, done with Polychromo pencils and Promarkers. The sky added in using Photoshop.
Computer Rendered Perspective
All of it was coloured using Adobe Illustrater except for the floor which was done in Photoshop.
C.A.D.
for those of you that are familier with AutoCAD i have attached the materials to the different layers and is not rendered.
Combined Media
The floor is hand rendered, the Promarkers, the windows were done in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, and the furniture was done in C.A.D. combine all 3 and Voila!
