Part one of a series; this booklet illustrates the concept of growth over time. Taking inspiration from the age rings of a tree, what if there was an alternate way of measuring the passing of time?  Loosely based on a proposal for an installation in which an abstract shape would grow as the hours passed, this piece aims to reconnect the user with a more innate understanding of time. With length of use the user would begin to make the connection between certain sizes of the shape and certain times of day.
