Time Mirror is an interactive realtime installation acting like a warp mirror.
We live in a 4 dimensional world but our perception is limited to see just 3 dimensions at a given time. The idea of this installation is to create a new perception allowing to see a 2 dimensional projection of a 4 dimensional world.
To achieve this I coded a software written in c++. The Image you see is not a real deformation even though it looks like it. The background is not warping at all which is because it's not changing over time.
The software constantly captures the camera frames. The output image is created out of the last 100 frames. Parts of the image show what's happing right now whereas other parts show what happend up to 4 seconds ago.
