I admit it, I'd addicted to magazines. They are awesome. So much information jam-packed into monthly printings. Awesome cover art. Cool packaging and printing techniques. Some of them even lack content but they still look amazing. Well, why not start my own? That's what I was thinking when I designed this magazine, a fashion magazine focusing on custom apparel. I don't currently have the means to produce or publish something like this but one day I hope to. My idea was to have the cover be plain white (aside from title and copy) with the same t-shirt shape die cut on every one, then, depending on the issue, change the picture behind it. For example, this issue has a picture of a city behind it. I included some other ideas I had for the masthead, (title) just to give some perspective on my creative approach.
