This is Moby, one of the six characters from "Pet Pals" a funny and cute cartoon series for kids.
Usually Moby is the wise and intellectual of the party, but (just in my mind) in the night he become...The Watchdog.
In other words, this is just a personal alternate version, just for fun and exercise.
