The director David Cox writes: Made as an exercise in my animation class at Swinburne University in 1990, "Tatlin" is a rumination on the life and work of Vladimir Tatlin. [...] The models and puppet of Tatlin were built on a tabletop and filmed with a Bolex camera over a period of several weeks.
