TalentEgg is a graduate recruitment website based in Canada.
I got involved from a very early start to give this business venture a welcoming yet reliable tone of voice that was both appealing to the graduates and the employers.
TalentEgg has since risen from strength to strength in an unbelievable short amount of time. TalentEgg sites customers such as Kraft, Toshiba, P&G and State Street Bank.
Our main objective for the website was to allow it to breathe and have an approachable tone.
Funky modern graphics were used such as the exploding egg illustration which depicts the infinite possibilities of careers after graduation.
Some buttons have hand drawn circles around them. This style references traditional methods of job hunting when people used to circle vacancies in the local paper. This give the site human voice in a 'we've done this before so we're here to help' kind of way.
