The Taihen Series was created using various images from Hentai Manga. The word Taihen, which when written in English is a reverse of Hentai, is used to mean 'too much' or in reference to a stressful situation. I found the mirroring of the words to be perfect for representing the images depicted on the shirts. The result is a play on words playing on the dark parts of your imagination.
