When a Chicago-based tradeshow company needed to take their national interior products and design trade show to the next level, Catharsis came up with a creative twist on the traditional charrette (an academic interior design exercise): do it LIVE. As an evolution of one of their previous successful concepts, Catharsis created the Superior Interior Tournament. The competition pitted two teams from the top interior design and architecture firms of the nation against each other. Utilizing both digital and non-digital contestants were asked to pull out all the stops by engaging in floor planning, 2d elevation, and 3d modeling.
The Langdon Wilson team had quite a talented illustrator on board.
