Snob Night is a strange monthly event by Snob Production taking
place in Rome at Rialtosantambrogio. Not satisfied with only having
different djs and a stuffed dance floor, this unusual night tries to do
something more… A lab of cultural engineering where different style
elements gather and special, never-seen-before projects spring out -
JUST FOR ONE NIGHT " performing a unique live show. Rock and indie
groups together with djs, producers feauturing singers or
instrumentalists, all ”pieces” from dissimilar realities side by side
at Rialto.
Snob Night is not only music: design and photo exhibitions, film
premieres - “Adam’s apple” by Anders Thomas Jensen- and interactive
audio visual shows: La stanza dei Bottoni ( The buttons room) where
digital and analog machines, synths, teremin and drum machines are
placed for public use.
Released by Rai Trade in October 2007, Snob Night Session is the first trace of this project that put together the best performances of Snob Night. The experiment goes on...
