Jurgen Bey re-created designs in his repertoire fusing them together with Oilily's own upbeat artisan handwriting.  A fantasy that begins with a walk through a wardrobe porthole ends in the sanctuary of a covered bed.

Together with partner Rianne Makkink a traditional bathtub is grafted onto dining room table legs and fused still further into a wood-burning stove creating a new context for escape and repose.

And one for the kids collection....  Jurgen Bey created this original concept directly in response to Oilily's creative brief resulting in a whimsically camouflaged outpost for escape, inquiry, research and observation... A bird house where the birds stay on the outside and the imagination is nourished on the inside.  The piece was later presented at the Stedelijk Museum of Contemporary Art in Amsterdam.
