Safo Sofa

Safo > Sofa.

Every time I sit on my couch I wonder why they cannot be more than just seating places…
Once they take up so much room, why not take advantage of the large idle space inside them?
I always have a lot of things to store that simply won't fit in my cupboards anymore.
I'd love to have more room for storing my stuff.
I also think about how to make the best use of available space at home.
I design for people through my own expectations.
So, I started to design a couch to be at the same time a sofa and a chest.
Straight and simple lines give a touch of sophistication to it.
Unconventional cushions divide this sofa with geometric shapes.
After I finished, I said to myself: “I want a sofa like this!” 
Material:
Upholster: synthetic leather, foam.
Structure: certificated plywood.
Feet: chromed aluminum.
Measures:
800 x 800 x 1600 mm
Colors: black & white.
Inspiration: save space.
