Safe Is Good, Colored Is Better!

Balloons are used twice: as mini-condoms on the pins and then as package of the pins themselves.
Smaller balloons (those used as "water-bombs") are cut, folded and glued to printed pins, then, once dried, are put inside air-balloons and inflated.
Each package holds a couple of pins. Three prints and seven balloons' colors give 21 different combinations.
