Description

This Typeface design project started as a university assignment, now six years ago. More work is required to finish it, but I'm still quite fond of these display compositions that made up part of a concertina booklet. Named after a part of central Stockholm, Södermalm, this typeface was designed with inclusive (not exclusive) elegance in mind. Inspiration was drawn from faces such as Bodoni, Didot, Centennial, Walbaum and Mrs Eaves.
