Plaza Auto Care Facility

The idea of this project was to change all
that and create a clean high-end perspective about an auto-service.
There are few steps that helped achieving this goal:
RENAMING FIELD OF WORK
Instead of auto-service, the field of work was
described as Auto care facility,
which separates it from the rest of the competition.
DIVIDING IT IN 2 DEPARTMENTS
The whole organizational structure was divided in
2 departments:
Mechanical
department (dealing with everything under the hood);
Aesthetic
department (includes all the processes that add up to the visual
appearance).
This system is more intuitive for the clients and
improves their orientation in the facility.
CREATING APPROPRIATE CAMPAIGN
The campaign was promoting the facility as the
ultimate SPA Centre for cars.


Signage boards are implemented with each sub-department having its own symbol.

The stationery also follows the high-end concept.
