Neon Vandals
My second submission for the IdN and Freestyle Collective collaboration art book. In this piece I wanted to portray the influence of the second coming of Akira in the West. If you don't know what Akira is and you enjoy cel animated films, go watch it already! I reintroduced the glowing ink in this one to connect it with my other submission. Doing the footprints was fun.
