Inspired by a recent blog update on my old work, I decided to create a piece based on my old technique to achieve 3D typography. Long before I new what 3D studio max was I tried everything possible to create the beautiful 3 Dimensional typefaces we see everywere. I used illustrator to accomplish this so you can say I took it back to basics. Only that the basics for me, is something unusual, creative and different. I hope you like what I have cooked up and I am thinking about publishing a tutorial on how to go about this technique.'
