Mr. Tree Trexi done for Play Imaginative (http://http://www.playimaginative.com/) in 2005 for their Trexi series 02. Not available in shops any more unfortunately, but the whole series can be seen at http://http://www.trexi.com.sg/.
As for Mr. Tree himself, I can only refer to his collectors card that says:
"Mister Tree is a genuine gentleman. He lives together with Mister Squirrel and The Owl Gang in the Norwegian woods. His favorite thing in life are birds, ants, moustaches and pouring rain.
Mister Tree will bring you hapiness on rainy days!"
