It was last summer (August 16th, 2008) that I woke up at 4 am only to see a full Moon reflected in the ocean shore I live so close to. I once attempted to photograph the Moon reflection but appropriate lenses were not available to me.
It was then I realized I can use my telescope to serve as an additional lens to what was then my small and old point and shoot Canon PowerShot S500 Digital Elph. I tried to capture the sky instead.
The night ended with the following images (I added some colors for fun) that I enjoy and happen to remember I have to post for the recent 40th anniversary of the Moon landing:
