I have an unhealthy obsession with TV's Law & Order for reasons I am still trying to figure out. Maybe because it airs at all hours of the day on at least 3 different stations. So when New York's own Mekka Don hit me up for his mixtape of the same title, this one seemed like a no-brainer.
