Furniture should be functional and, whenever possible, sentimental.

The glass is suspended 3 inches above the table by ceder blocks glued together and rubber barriers.

For all those ticket stubs, mementos, and little items collected along the way that are too significant to throw away but also lack a proper place to stay...

Any table can be turned into a memory table. And you will find that random things from the past will start to catch your eye...

Lovely idea:
I'ld even more love a version with stacked (plexi-)glassplates (decreasing in size?),so you would get a 3D-structured memory,which could resemble a timeline,or a dearness-level of the items saved from oblivion......
