Just like last year, we are organizing Mastermundo. We call it a 'creative gathering' instead of a conference. Simply because a. it's not a conference, b. it is actually a city trip, mixed with art, great people, space, etc. and c. it won't allow a lot of people. The format simply doesn't allow that. We prefer it to be intimate. The idea behind this edition of Mastermundo is simple. It will provide you an escape from your daily routine and meanwhile brings you from Amsterdam to The Hague, via art, by foot and train while listening to great inspirational talks by highly inspirational people. MM08 is an experiment. We really felt that adding place, space, time, smell, etc., together with the talks, allows you to make connections you would have never made while sitting in a chair, watching a speaker on stage. We wanted it to be a more intense experience.

We will start at the Stedelijk Museum in Amsterdam, around noon on Saturday, September 27th. After art and talks, we'll walk to Amsterdam Central Station. While dreaming away looking out of the train window to the passing landscape, you will having another two talks. In The Hague, we will walk to the Spuiplein for the remaining talks, and probably for a quick bite. We will finish at the Central Station of The Hague again, to enjoy a concert with trains. And additionally, you can party all night long at the TodaysArt festival.
