This identity project was done for a good client of mine. I decided to make the card 95% black, and have a beginning and ending musical staff 100% black. I did this because I used a varnish coating on the 100% black so that looking at the card straight on you could hardly see the background objects, but turned ever so slightly, the light would make the symbols pop.
