Living For The Day - Magazine Ad

This is a concept for some spring media. I am getting boards ready for this spring. Since people are so reluctant to purchase a home, were showcasing the whimsy and quality of life features of the community. This is targeted at an older female client, possibly running in golf magazines. I took the upper image and designed the ad.
