Curated content design and vjing performance for the "Sonia Rykiel '50 ans" party, at Paris Fashion Week 2008.
The venue for Sonia Rykiel's 40 anniversary and presentation of her new clothing collection took place on a hill just outside Paris which slopes steeply toward the Seine - not far from Rem Koolhaas' Villa dall'Ava.
A 30x4m semi transparent LED wall was placed between the venue and the amazing view over paris. The animations for the screen should negotiate between the real view and a virtual one during the festivities.
