Korubo Identity
One of the leading online ad agency in Hungary changed its brand name to Korubo in August 2008. They invited me and other four designers to create a new brand and a corporate identity. See below my winning competition entry and the later extended identity elements.
I wanted some rule-breaking and pioneering identity, a visual concept which is not similar to any previously seen identites. The concept is simple: no rigorous identity. Only there are identity elements which can be used and adapted randomly. In this way we can build a playful, though consequent brand image.

Each staff member received a bunch of business cards with random pattern. No strict identity guidelines - this is Korubo philosophy!

Logo appears color in situations when no circle elements can be used (e.g. among sponsor logos at a bottom of a billboard).

DVD packaging: identity elements were screen printed with translucent paint on the transparent DVD case. The round compact disc functions as an identity element in the closed DVD case.

Color Coding of the Departments: Online Marketing and Communications Services dept. is using the warm color palette. E-Business and Enterprise Solutions got the colder palette. We defined a neutral, pastel palette for the CEO.
