American Greetings owned kiwee.com was desperately needing a redesign
and restructure of their content. The business goals were to enhance
the user experience, increase retention rate, decrease bail rate, and
drive more traffic through top search engines. First we came up with
initial wireframes for placement of key objects that we knew would be
an important part to the user experience, after which we redesigned the
look and feel, and integrated these key parts into the new layout. We
restructured the navigation, and hit on key words we knew people were
finding kiwee.com through and worked those into the main areas of the
homepage.
After a good amount of work we launched and tested... to this day we are still pulling data from the site that keeps showing the importance of usability and user experience! Needless to say we met, and exceeded our goals for the site.
