Het Keerpunt is a private juvinile justice institute. Located in Cadier en Keer (Limburg, The Netherlands) it operates under the supervision of the Dutch Ministry of Justice.
Het Keerpunt takes care of juvinile delinquints in the age of 12 to 18 years old. It’s a subdivision of Stichting Jeugszorg St. Joseph and was officially opened in 1984.
