Ice Architecture - Conceptual Ice Sculptures by Daniel Rosenbaum
Australian Ice Artist Daniel Rosenbaum recently won an International Design Award for the extraordinary sculptures and conceptual interiors, created while working for the renowned Icehotel in Sweden. Using chainsaws, chisels and a variety of ice sculpting (and melting) tools.
Daniels creates designs that explore notions of sacred space and the human longing to reconnect (and stay connected) with 'The Divine'. Daniel's designs have been extensively reviewed in art and design journals as well as featured in TV documentaries produced by National Geographic, Discovery Channel and ABC television.
