The Huddersfield Contemporary Music festival is considered the UK 's
most innovative festival of contemporary music. To promote the 2007
Festival, a fellow student (Chris Boardman)
and I were asked to produce a 5 minute motion graphics piece to
advertise the festival. The Animation was projected onto the wall
opposite the Lawrence Batley Theatre between the 19th-25th November.
The Client wanted the piece to advertise some of the events taking
place at the festival whilst at the same time being quite dislocative
and abstract. The campaign proved to be successful and raised awareness
of the festival.
