Event: New Orleans is Forever Good
alldaybuffet created a night with legendary bounce music, cocktails, and food from the renowned culture of New Orleans. We partnered with GOOD Magazine where 100% of our admission fees benefited Sweet Home New Orleans, a non-profit that perpetuates the cultural traditions of New Orleans through the musicians that carry it forward.
"It's project music." If you haven't experienced a bounce music block party, we'll put it like this: you'll leave one dripping in sweat from "dropping it like it's hot" until the wee hours of the morning. If it wasn't for bounce, we might not have Juvenile or Lil Wayne today. If you want to learn more, check out Ya Heard Me, a documentary on the bounce movement.
The admission included a complimentary issue of Good Magazine, drinks provided by New Orleans Rum / Tito's Vodka / Steaz Tea, food provided by Savvy Gourmet, and music concert performance from 10th Ward Buck. We were lucky to have support from GOOD Magazine, Trumpet, Idea Village, and Defend New Orleans.
Post-Katrina,
alldaybuffet made a strong commitment in supporting the arts and music
culture in New Olreans. Because without it, New Orleans wouldn't be
the same...
